A constant challenge for any realistic shooting event is realistic, reactive targets. Realistic targets only fall with hits to anatomically correct vital zones, and ideally, only with multiple hits to those signficant areas. The Polite Society is always looking for more efficent target systems and arrays. The holy grail, a target that requires multiple center of mass shots but only a single head shot, hasn't been developed, yet. These are some ideas for reactive targets that offer some promise:
